Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Condition Requirements

• All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included

• Item must be free from damage, wear, or alteration

• Items showing signs of use will not be accepted for return

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Original shipping chargesare non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items returned after the 14-day window

• Items that have been used, or altered

• Items returned without original packaging

• Final sale or clearance items

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
